Halcyon is led by Jon Marsh MBA.

Jon has been a successful tender and bid writer for over 20 years working for various public organisations and charities. Clients have include local authorities, NHS trusts, housing associations, charities and other organisations. He has extensive experience of commissioning, tender writing, strategy development, and conducting research.

Prior to setting up Halcyon, Jon was an associate consultant with Abbey Solutions for five years working with a wide variety of organisations. He has also had a varied career as a fundraiser including Head of Trusts and Government at Vitalise, and posts with the Pre-school Learning Alliance and National Homeless Alliance.

His successes include:

• Tenders and framework bids to local authorities and other statutory funders worth many £millions.

• Donations and sponsorship worth many £millions from literally hundreds of charitable trusts and companies.

• Over ten major grants from the Big Lottery Fund with income totalling well over £4 million.
